Social dialogue and involvement of workers

As a tripartite body, social dialogue underpins our research and provides our governance structure. Eurofound’s work looks in detail at key aspects of the involvement of social partners in collective bargaining – at the EU level and nationally. In particular, our representativeness studies play an important role in determining which organisations can participate in social dialogue.
