Wages

Eurofound’s annual report on minimum wage and wage-setting by social partners is a unique resource for policymakers. Our work on labour and social regulation examines its role in wages, including in the context of high inflation and a cost-of-living crisis. We analyse pay and income across the EU and at a national level, and research in-work poverty, focusing on the working poor.
